Thanks to Masterplan’s efforts, the Dallas City Plan Commission (CPC) recently approved a two-part addition to Hillcrest High School, funded through the 2015 DISD Bond Program. One part will be a two-story structure that adds 22 new classrooms and student collaboration space. The second part will be a 1,000-seat gymnasium with locker rooms and a below-ground storm shelter. The additional academic space will enable Hillcrest High School to discontinue the use of all onsite portable classrooms and will update the campus capabilities in essential ways.
Thanks to WRA Architects for the sneak preview of these new spaces!
